What's included.
- Breakfast for every registered guest.
- Boat transfer from the Tortuguero airstrip if you arrive by small plane.
What's not included.
Anything not listed above is paid directly — please don't assume otherwise. Specifically:
- Park entrance, optional tours, lunch and dinner, and Katonga (our floating restaurant).
- The boat transfer from La Pavona is not included — guests buy their own ticket at the dock, or our team can assist with any transport solution from San José / La Fortuna / South Caribbean.
- Ground transfers from San José or Guápiles are not included.
A few other things worth knowing.
- No minimum stay — but most guests find that 3 nights is the sweet spot for actually settling into Tortuguero.
- Tours are booked à la carte. Book ahead via WhatsApp (especially if you're coming for only a few nights so you can secure your spots), or ask reception when you arrive, subject to availability at the moment.
